He is survived by: his significant other Donnetta Domek; his siblings, Johnny Husband (Rebecca), Shari Dever, Danny Husband (Julie) and Suzanne Miszkiel (Rick); his stepchildren, Timothy Todd Burba (Chelsea), Justin Domek (Julie), Trinity Hedges and William Hedges; and his grandchildren, Aidenn Burba, Chloe Hausman and Emberly Domek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
