He is survived by: his wife Mary Blackwell; his children, Rob Blackwell (Cheryl), Tonia Cook (Krice) and Ryan Blackwell Sr. (Gena); and his siblings, Sue Davis, Carl Blackwell (Betty) and Lucy Richardson. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
