He is survived by: his wife Mirisia Diane Fow; his sons, Richard Eric Fow (Joy) and Nicholas Alan Fow (Amanda); his grandchildren, Nixon, Carolina, Blakely and Maverick Fow; his in-laws, Bobby and Arnetta Stubblefield; and his siblings, David Fow (Dori), Kathy Hughes (Mike) and Lisa Cease (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, the Fow family kindly requests donations be made to Gilda's Club Louisville in Rick's memory.
