He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandford Wilkins and Edna Wilkins; and his brothers, Leon and Burt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Faye Woosley; his children, Tammy Kingsley (Chris), Kelly Mitchell (Brian) and Amanda Smith (Shawn); his grandchildren, Michelle Evans (Todd), Katlin Justice (Chuck), Kyle Mitchell (Blaine), McKenna Kaelin (Dillon) and Cole Smith; his great grandchildren, Brady, Cooper, Hunter, Sammy, Trinity, Waverly and Crew; and his nephew Scott Wilkins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
