It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Sturgeon of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnel Sturgeon and Nellie Bogard; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Sturgeon and Larry Sturgeon. He is survived by: his wife Rita K. Sturgeon; and his children, Alan Chadwell (Jamie), Timmy Chadwell (Honey), Stephanie Moore (Cole), Dale Sturgeon, Caven Sturgeon and Melissa Sturgeon.
