He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kroetz and Marjorie Chamberlain Kroetz; and his children, Joseph and Rebecca. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette LaVigne Kroetz; his children, David Kroetz (Laurie), Paul Kroetz, Jaci Dwyer (John), Ann Galuska (Steve) and Mary Kroetz (Mark); his grandchildren, Tom, Laura (Jeremy), Rebecca, Katie, Mary Margaret, Theresa and Steven; his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Curriss; and his sister Susan. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A rosary will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (5505 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
