He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Levin and Evelyn Levin (Spidle); and his wife Barbara Jean Levin (Miles). He is survived by: his son Richard Miles Levin (Sally McDonald); and his grandsons, Grant Levin, Kyle Levin and Andrew Levin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
