He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Fraser Kasting; his parents, Albert Kasting and Edna Droege Kasting; and his siblings, Alberta Blaisdel, Doris Meyer, Lorita Nordsieck and Gerald Kasting.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Kasting (Alycia Rozen), Jim Kasting (Sharon) and Sandra Mulders (Richard); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Nicole), Patrick (Dana), Mark, Nori (Luis) and Jay; his great grandchildren, Declan, Miles, Ava, Aubrey, Harrison, Lila, Jack and Leo; his cousin Robert Kasting; and his sister-in-law Belle Kasting. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
