He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Jerry Riggs and Elizabeth Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Robin Riggs (Swenk); his sister Margie (Riggs); his brother-in-law Richard Waflart; his daughter Kelly Hannah (Riggs); his son-in-law Scott Hannah; and his grandchildren, Bodey and Laney Hannah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (3705 Taylorsville Rd, Fisherville, KY 40023). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
