He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gravatte and Ethel Gravatte; his son Ralph Anthony Gravatte, Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Jr., Joseph, William, Norman James, Kenneth, Thomas, Doris Dresing, Mary Heil, Alice Bacigalupi, Elfrieda Pena and JoAnn Gravatte.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Gravatte (Daily); his children, Theresa Weber (Steven), Cheryl Brooks (Darryl), Michelle Stevens (Skip) and John-Paul Gravatte (Katie); his grandchildren, Aaron Weber (Caitlin), Taylor Summers (Garret), Noah Weber (Taylor), Sydney Stevens, Allie Stevens and Henry Gravatte; and his great grandchild Jack Summers.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosse Funeral Home (1355 Ellison Ave, Louisville, KY 40204). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Rita Catholic Church (8709 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219-4413). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Michael Cemetery (1153 Charles St, Louisville, KY 40204). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
