He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Henry and Virginia Lee Yates Carney; his wife Virginia Nord Carney; and his son Paul E. Carney, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Brown (Rick) and Beverly Carney; his grandchildren, Frank Morgan (Marion), Jason Morgan and Jessica Foster (Josh); his great grandchildren, Waylan Morgan, Brayden, Nolan and Brielle Foster; and his brothers, Jerry (Barbara), Tommy (Joyce) and Ronnie Carney (Diane).
