She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Leonard Garrett; her children, Courtney Ann Garrett and Joseph "Joby" Garrett; and her parents, Burton Fall and Nancy Fall.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Michael Catholic Church (3705 Stone Lakes Dr, Louisville, KY 40299).
