She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Fowler. She is survived by: her father John Fowler; her sons, Jonathan Ryan Welch (Kimberly) and Andrew Scott Welch (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Hailey Welch, Ryan Welch, Donovan Welch and Michael Bishop. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
