She is survived by: her children, Charles Higdon (Connie), Edward Higdon (Peggy) and Georgia Reynolds; her siblings, Walter Collins, Billy Collins, Rosalee Routon and Wilda Mae Collins; and her sister-in-law Carol Collins.
