She is survived by: her husband Francis Leroy Mitchell; her children, David Porter (Courtney) and Ashley Mitchell; her grandchildren, LaDarian, Ma'Niya, Landon, Jace, Logan and Presley; her siblings, Peggy Witherspoon, Carlos Grimes (Patricia), Linda Bronaugh (Paul) and Bengy Grimes (Lillian); and her goddaughter Stephanie Hicks (Tim). She is also survived by 9 aunts and uncles, 12 nieces and nephews, a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews.
