She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Hayes and Damon Hayes; her husband Earl Lee Sanders; and her sister Penny O'Meara. She is survived by: her sister Robin Wathen (John); her half-sisters, Mary "Sissy" Hayes Christian and Jackie Hayes; and her sisters-in-law, Tina DiChiara, Jo DiChiara, Bonnie DiChiara Raque (Christopher) and Mary Breeden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
