He is survived by: his brother Gervus "Sonny" Gans, Jr. (Dona); his nieces, Terri Sanders (Dennis) and Anna Johnson; and his nephew Keith Gans (Pilar). He is also survived by 2 great-nieces; 1 great-nephew; 3 great-great nieces, and 4 great-great nephews.
