He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Irvin and Nelson Irvin; and his sisters, Loretta Irvin Adams and Lisa Irvin Hill. He is survived by: his wife Debra Mills-Irvin; his sister Stacey Evette Irvin of Louisville, KY; his siblings-in-law, Allicia Mills of Louisville, Melvin Mills, Randall Mills and Kelvin Mills of Campbellsville, KY; and his godsons, Christien Carter and Zachary Ingram of Northern, KY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and friends.
