She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hardy and Lillie Deason (Butler); her husband Hewitt Puckett Jr.; her sons, Steven Puckett Sr. and Thomas Puckett; her great grandchildren, Matthew and Tyler; and her siblings, Ruth Hawkins, Thelma Gibson, Cecil Hardy and Leo Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah "Debbie" Brown (Steve); her grandchildren, Tara (Kelly), Traci (Michael), Josh, Linda (Roy), Steven Jr. (Melissa), Shannon (Jordan), Sindi (Jason), Bobby (Leeanne), Scott (Elizabeth) and Tony (Amber); her great grandchildren, Cheyann, Memphis, Jenna, Jett, Leo, Harley, Dallas, Shane, Evan, Kassiti, Keiaira, Jade, Hannah, Dylan, Courtney and Jacob; and her great great grandchildren, Zavier, Ridley and Remi.
