She was predeceased by: her father Alonzo Smith. She is survived by: her husband Bryan; her son Michael; her siblings, Dave Smith, Paul Smith and Laurie Loxton; and her pet Rascal.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Et St. John United Methodist Church (12700 W Hwy 42, Prospect, KY 40059). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
