She is survived by: her father Samuel Mayfield; her siblings, LaTania Mayfield (Doug), Jason Mayfield (Jasmine) and Ivana Clay (Mike); and her aunts, Phillis Tyler Sinkford, Yvonne Jackson Wise, Yvonne Wooderts Peeples, Gladys Tyler and Reba Hurt. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and great nephews; and a host of family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1501 Louis Coleman Jr Drive, Louisville, KY 40211).
