He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Hill and Rosa Hill (Mowery); his wife Lula Hill (Wilson); his siblings, Alfred Hill, Chester Hill, Kathleen Hill, Mae Hill and Lois Grubb; and his daughter-in-law Karen Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Millard R. Hill, Jr., Randall Hill (Sarah) and Kathy Carr (Sam); his grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Grant Hill (Stephanie), Spencer Carr and Madeline Hill; his great grandchild Edward Hill; his siblings, Richard Hill, Raymond Hill, Melda Jones, Evelene Grubb, Lovella Lambdin and Faye Sears; and his close friend Barbara Stucker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769).
