She was predeceased by: her husband Louis T. Hulsewede Sr.; her grandson Eric Hulsewede; her daughter-in-law Patsy Hulsewede; and her parent Clyde McMahan. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Hulsewede (Deborah) and John Wade Hulsewede; and her grandchildren, Travis Hulsewede (Christy), Neil Hulsewede (Gina Weber), Jason Hulsewede (Kate), Mark Hulsewede and Ashley. She is also survived by 5 great granddaughters (Hanna, Ava, Holland, Madison, & Clara); 3 great grandsons (Wade, Buck, & Woods); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
