With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Kelly of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kelly and Rose Kelly; and his siblings, James "Bud" Daunhauer, Genevieve "Jennie" Schweinhart and Dolores "Doe" Dawson.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Kelly Jr. (Sheila), Julie Karcher (Donald), Jennifer Kelly, Ruth Foley (Jay), Rebecca McGaughey (Shawn) and Christopher Kelly; and his brother Dave Kelly. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
