He is survived by: his significant other Stacey D. Hollis (Martin); his children, Jade Hollis (Garrick), Jasmine Hollis (Hunter) and Ivy Hollis; his parents, Carolyn Renee (Meador) and Michael Wayne Hollis Sr. (Melissa); his siblings, Melissa Phillips (Jamie), Madison Hollis and Scott Hollis; his grandchild Cobe Watkins; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Lyons, Danica Lyons, Brianna Phillips, Jalie Phillips, Bella Phillips and Roselee Phillips; and his cousin Eddie Edwards.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
