She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Thomas and Estelle Thomas; and her siblings, Stanley Thomas and Roxie Jeffries. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Rapp; and her grandchildren, Declan and Gwyneth.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
