It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Loujean Whitfill Heckman of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Whitfill and Mary Whitfill. She is survived by: her husband William "Boots" Heckman, Jr.; her sons, Mark and Kevin; her son-in-law Bob Bauman; her siblings, Lon Whitfill and Anna Autry; her children, Cheryl Bauman (Doug Pohl), Dwain (Jane) and Eric (Lou Ann); her sister-in-law Lubelle Whitfill; and also Linda James. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
