With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary JoAnne Chilton (Louisville, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Christian and Anna Louise Becker; her husband Kenneth A. Chilton; her son-in-law Michael J. Langford; and her grandson Nathan Chilton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judy O'neil (Pat) and Weston Becker (Maxine); and her children, Ann Langford, Jean Huckleby (Casey), Robin Rouse (Mike), Rick Chilton (Jackie), Paula Chilton (Bryan Mackin) and Stephen Chilton (Lori). She is also survived by her six children, 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home (4832 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church (4005 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
