Though Mary Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Dale Evans, Sr.; and her sister Dorothy Sebastian. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Hall (Jeffery) and Robert Dale Evans, Jr.; her granddaughter Amber Danielle Ward; and her siblings, Shirley Hill, Wanda Green (Doug) and Ernest Sebastian. She is also survived by several step-daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
