She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Burkart and Martha Burkart (Deatele); and her husband Larry Coulter. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo Mahoney (Pat); her grandchildren, Mariah Farris (Toby) and William Mahoney (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Emerie, Jeremy, Malakai and Everleigh; and her sisters, Jeanne Buckner (Jim), Judy Burkart and Lynn Stinson (Denis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
They also kindly request that contributions in Mary's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
