She was predeceased by: her husband David P. "Smoke" Stack. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Patrick Stack (Susan), Mary Ellen Sparks (Jerry) and Molly Clenny (Todd). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church (1010 Schiller Ave, Louisville, KY 40204). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Cave Hill Cemetery (701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
