It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jean Steiden of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Muhs and Agnes Rott Muhs; and her sister Mary Klemenz. She is survived by: her husband William A. Steiden; her children, Alan Steiden (Jeanne) and Elizabeth Dawn Russell (Stuart); her sisters, Patricia Ries and Sara Scott; her sister-in-law Lynn Steiden; her grandchildren, Will, Camille, Joey, Matthew, Emily and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Layla and Lucy.
Memorial gift may be made to St. Vincent de Paul at St. Martha or Right to Life.
