She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Yoder and Martha Yoder; her former husband Bill Hingson of Live Oak, FL; her husband Roger Nelson; her sister Peggy Foley; her sons, Steven Paul Hingson and Steve Nelson; and her pet Koda.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Hingson (Lori) and Jayne Olshansky (Marc); her stepson Jeff Nelson; her great grandchildren, Bradley, Kaitlynn, Jessica, Preston, Bailey, Hannah, Ellie, Kayla, Kelsey, Abby, Emma, Lila, Max, Charlotte and Damien; her great great grandchild Alita; and her sister-in-law Janice Shaw Donaldson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Clayland Church (11409 193rd Rd, Live Oak, FL 32060).
