He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Sr. Kaufman and Rose Kaufman; his wife Alberta Combs; his siblings, Maurice, Russell and Louise Petrilli; and his great grandchild Charlotte Marie.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nick, Alex (Kristen), Marshall IV (Casey), Jimmy (Katrina), Matt (Janna), Ryan (Amanda) and Catherine.
