She was predeceased by: her siblings, Deborah Louise Barter and Charles Garnett Phillips Jr.; and her parents, Charles Garnett and Helen Lucille Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Nolan (Sylvester), Jennifer Hammond (Mike), Joshua Roseberry (Amanda) and Brian Roseberry (Codi); and her grandchildren, Chelsea Cornelius, Samantha Nolan, Sydney Nolan, Kaylee Roseberry, Nate Hammond, Penelope Hammond and Arabella Roseberry.
