She was predeceased by: her husband Dario A. Covi; her brother Otis Melvin Cundiff; and her parents, Otis Cundiff and Margaret F. Cundiff. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Ron Reis (Robyn), Diana McCracken, Deb Gross (Ken), Sue Beaty (Lew), Mary Lou Hogan (Larry), Bob Augustine (Kathy), Jackie Horn, Carol Bowman (Ken), Kevin McGartland (Patricia), Mike Augustine (Cathy), Richard Reis (Roxanne), Laura Jones (Barney) and Cathy Sewell (Peter).
Expressions of sympathy in Madeline's name may be made to the recently established Madeline and Dario Covi Conservation Fund or the Dario A. Covi Scholarship Fund, both at the University of Louisville, or to your favorite charity.
