In loving memory of Louis Joseph Wilbert of Louisville, Kentucky, who departed this world on December 13, 2024 at the age of 92. Louis leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilbert and Cornelia Wilbert; his wife Barbara Wilbert; and his brothers, Bob Wilbert, Don Wilbert and Billy Byrd.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Wilbert, Pam Jaggers (Mike), Cindy Bivins (Tom), Terry Wilbert (Jean), Sue Keller (David) and Chris Wilbert; and his sister Janet Mussler. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (212 Mt Mercy Dr, Pewee Valley, KY 40056). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
