He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Warren (Frye) and Louis Warren Jr.; his son James Louis; and his siblings, Mona Smallwood and Ricky Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his sisters, Martha Rosenbarger and Rebecca Jo Warren; his children, Laurie Huelsman (Jeff), Lisa Johnson, Aidan Blunk, Katherine Blunk and Timothy Blunk (Betsy); his nieces, Paula and Kelly; his grandchildren, Katie, Maggie, Rob, Corey, Nicole, Hunter and Theo; his great-niece Shelby; and his great-nephew Cade. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pearson's (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Cave Hill Cemetery (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207).
