Though Lorene has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her daughter Shari (Terrence); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Watkins, Kimberly Thompson, Shawn Bell and Tarryn Silver. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home - Downtown (1300 W Chestnut St, Louisville, KY 40203).
