He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Irene, Lloyd Moore, Renis and Lucille Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Moore; his parents, Debbie Moore and Lloyd Moore, II; and his parents-in-law, Terry and Kim Baer.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to Shamrock Foundation.
