She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Reinhardt and Esther Duncan of Louisville; and her husband George Hook. She is survived by: her sons, David Roy (Barbara) and Mike Hook (Stephanie); her grandsons, Harrison, Devin and Garrett; and her brothers, Lawrence Reinhardt (Diane) and David Reinhardt (Nellie).

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the Follow Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
