She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Logan and Inis Reeder Logan; her husband Rex Blaine; her daughter Rachel Blaine; and her brother Larry Logan.
She is survived by: her sons, Jaxon Blaine of Frankfort, KY and David Blaine of Frankfort, KY. She is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
