She is survived by: her children, Steven Fay (Brenda) and Marsha Lowery (Billy); her grandchildren, Abigail Boehman and Chase Lowery; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Noah Boehman; her sisters, Doris Thompson and Carolyn Dennison; her husband Edward Fay; her friend Frank Ohlmann; her siblings, Russell Sego, Louise Childeress, Juanita Gonterman, Kenneth Sego and James Sego; and her pet Mimi.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Memorial Gardens Dr, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
