He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Proctor; his daughter Mary Proctor; and his parents, Clyde Proctor and Frances Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Bobbie Andrews-Green, Paul Proctor and Jeff Proctor (Ruth); and his brothers, Danny Proctor (Wendy) and Jack Proctor.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Blanchester Chapel (120 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236).
