She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Arrowood and William A. Arrowood; her brother Kevin Arrowood; her granddaughter Kyra Grimes; and her great grandchild Jedikiah Lattimer.
She is survived by: her husband Randall E. Perkins; her children, Michelle Lattimer (Chauncey), Brandy Gruver, Rachel Arrowood, Tiffany Grimes (Jimmy) and Matthew S. Arrowood (Georgia); and her sister-in-law Linda Arrowood. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
