He was predeceased by: his father Johnnie Randall Skaggs; and his grandparents, Jim and Edna Skaggs. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Ross (Barry); his siblings, Ryan Skaggs of Brandenburg, KY, Jaclyn Anthony (Scotty Blevins) of Battletown, KY and Barrett Ross (Holly) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandparents, Mary Jo, Ralph Elliott and Clyde Wyatt; and his close friend Crystal Goodyear. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
