He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Flood Sr. and Dolores Schwaniger Flood. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Smith-Flood; his children, Kenneth C. Flood, III (Tina), Nicholas Flood (Jennifer), Jeff Flood (Melanie) and Jennifer Lynne Flood (Brandell Inglis); his grandchildren, Trevor, Hannah, Ayden, Brayden, Addison, Jaxon, Ariana, Dawson and Kayelynn; and his siblings, Dee Carpenter, Theresa Flood and Pat Flood.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165).
