He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kuszynski and Virginia Kuszynski; his siblings, Jeanie Braden and Michael Kuszynski; and his brother-in-law Jamie Huber.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Muss (Rich) and Eddie Kuszynski; his granddaughter Alicia Muss; and his siblings, Mary Lee Kuszynski, Larry Kuszynski (Belinda), Theresa Huber and Gregory Kuszynski (Trish).
