He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spann and Goldie Yates. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Spann; his children, Tom Spann (Robin), Kenneth "Bud" Spann, Jr. (Karen), Vickie Humphrey, Joe Spann (Mary) and Lora Poe (Neal); his sister Dottie; and his grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy, Gary, Billy Joe, Patrick, Jason, Brandon and Leah. He is also survived by several great - grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; plus, a host of other relatives and friends.
