He is survived by: his parents, John C. Hughes and Patrica Ann Gilley Hughes; his sister Kristia Cox (George) of Catlettsburg, KY; his nephews, Joshua Cox of Catlettsburg, KY and Branden Cox (Hannah) of Catlettsburg, KY; and his great-nephew Liam Cox.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey Family Funeral Home (2110 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kenny's honor to the Community Hospice Care Center (2330 Pollard Rd, Ashland, KY 41101).
